Something strange with the top decks

So, my deck got to the number 1 spot, overtaking another one.

Then, in the space of five hours, my deck has dropped COMPLETELY off the top decks list, but the one it overtook is still there.

With EXACTLY the same number of votes it had when mine overtook it.

What's going on?

It kind of feels like my deck was manually removed as I've NEVER seen a deck drop out of the top spot so fast, and I've been watching the top decks carefully for the past year.

Argy,
Bummer ... it's always cool watching your decks rise through the list, and I'm sorry you didn't get more time at the #1 spot.

CONGRATS though on the #1!

This year i realized there is a strange property to the way tops work that it has this happen. Basically, what's going on is a deck is popped off when it begins making its way down.

I know that decks fall off the top spot quickly.

The thing that was interesting about this situation is that my deck actually received another vote, whereas as the deck below it didn't receive any, and then mine fell off the top spot and the one behind it climbed back to number one.

It doesn't matter HEAPS to me, my deck got to #1 and I got my average up to over 33 again, which are two things I aim for.

I guess I am just extremely flabbergasted as to what happened.

It could gain a new vote but also lose them within the 10 day window
