Small addition to Hubs, Toolbox

I think this was in the Hubs before but it was removed maybe? Not sure, however.

So with the not-entirely recent ban of Birthing Pod, in modern, a fair amount of other Chord of Calling, Summoning Trap, Gifts Ungiven, and the new Collected Company decks have come back and/or appeared.

It would be nice to see the "Toolbox" tag in the Hubs.

This has been suggested numerous times since Epochalyptik removed it.
