[Site Bug] Expedite incorrectly listed as banned in Commander / EDH

Expedite is marked as 'banned' in Commander / EDH, despite it not being marked as such on the card's page nor in the official banlist.
Not sure what would be a better way of reporting this - I picked this forum because it's both Commander-related and something someone might want help with. Hopefully someone important sees it

Submitted a fix, however I find it a little bit ridiculous that the "Banned in" field has to be filled out for every card, like the page won't let you continue unless there's something in the field, and there is no option for "Not Banned" or "No formats" within the box. Just had this problem trying to fix Black Vise too.

It's a new feature DevoidMage. The entire format system was revamped to be entirely automated. So any issues from hence onward are due to the automated format system.
