"Similar Decks" Display

How are the similar decks picked? Randomly is my guess because the ones I looked at aren't very well visited and havent been updated in over a year. But they never seem to change.
And atleast when it comes to Karn decks it always seems to be the same five or six or what it is. I would love to be able to stumble upon something new again.
Couldnt find anything on the topic, but it cant be just me right ;)

I feel like ideally the similar decks should be at a high percentage of the same cards without being 100% same and then have it randomly pick from the decks that fall within the percentages to show. I am no programmer so I have no idea how to implement that, but this is what I would want.

No it is not only you. I've had the same 4-5 deck names at the bottom of my list (one I've noticed the most) they are same colors but different commanders/strategies entirely. I never saw how they were similar.
