Problems with new deck format system

The new deck format system has flagged my Modern deck as Prototype and is telling me a bunch of cards are illegal, but they're all Modern legal cards to my knowledge:
deck:chalice-of-death-modern
The site is saying the following cards are not legal in Modern:
, Oblivion Ring, Rest for the Weary, Serra Ascendant, Soul Warden, Sun Droplet, Unwinding Clock, Voltaic Key
I'm pretty sure all of these are Modern legal, and in fact the site lists many of them as Modern legal on the pages for each card. So it seems to be some kind of glitch in the way the site determines which cards are illegal to the format chosen.

I have been having similar problems with my EDH deck. Which I find odd because there are very few illegal cards in this format. You're not alone in this and I'm Hoping they can fix this soon.
