Official missing/incorrect card/token thread

Please use this thread to keep the site staff aware of cards that are missing from the database.
When you mention a card, please provide a link to the card's information so we can more quickly and easily add it. Additionally, you should mention if only a specific printing is missing.
You can also point out cards with missing or incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect mana values in the deck stats, missing associated tokens in playtester, etc.).

Hi this is like my very first forum post on this site but I have a couple of cards in one of my decklists that have incorrect set artwork, both being from MM2 with set art from C15 I believe. I've tried to update the cards several times but the problem was never fixed.
Rampant Growth should have the set symbol and flavor text from Modern Masters 2 but in the decklist it shows as Commander 2015.Same with Mystic Snake having the wrong set printing.
Oddly enough when previewing this comment and I hover over the card the set is correct but in my deck when I hover over the card the set that pops up is still incorrect

Haunted Dead is missing the 1/1 flying white spirit token on its information page as well as for play testing.

Haunted Dead now has the spirit token on it's information page but it is still not showing a token while play testing. My deck is http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/26-04-16-soi-zombies/?cat=&sort=cost for the example. Thank you in advance.

In relation to my previous post: The cards only seem to show the wrong set printing when specifying that the card is foil. I will add the same card below, both from the Modern Masters 2 printing and the foil will show up as the Commander 2015 printing.
Non-foil: Rampant Growth//Foil: Rampant Growth
Non-foil: Mystic Snake//Foil: Mystic Snake
This is super annoying because the Commander printings do not have foil cards, and the flavor text is slightly different. If there is anyone that can offer me some help I would greatly appreciate it :/

Noxious Gearhulk shows the masterpiece image regardless of which version you select when entering the deck information. And less importantly it also shows the price for the masterpiece version at the $5.15 rate of the standard version rather than its actual price on tcgplayer. Thanks in advance.

I have a WPN/Gateway Boomerang I want to add to my decklist, but I cannot find any code to add in parentheses next to it to indicate that's what it is. All I see for promos is the 000 tag, but that didn't work. Are there codes for FNM, Judge foils, and other various promos that aren't in the 000 list?

@Kedvesem I added both of the spells to the promo set 000 but you can also try using PSG for cards that are alternate promos, for example the Dragonfury Evolving Wilds.
What Swamp are you talking about? Artist, year, etc. There are lots of promo foil basic lands.

Pre-release Selfless Spirit? That basically just has a date on it right? Yeago was working on a signifier for all pre-release cards, like we have for foil, considering that every card is a potential pre-release card now.

Yes, Pre-release Selfless Spirit. As it stands now, in the dropdown menu, only EMN is available.

Pre-release cards, once yeago is done with them, will not be in any set. They will be an identifier like we do with card conditions and foils.

@Kedvesem, as Femme_Fatale said, prerelease promos are going to be their own option (since there is so many of them), please stop suggesting them.
However, I'll go find and add the Jace SDCC promo.

So I've asked if the site could get the Coldsnap Theme Deck Reprints before, but I realize it'd be a lot of work for something pretty low priority. I have another suggestion, however.
If Coldsnap Theme Deck Reprints was an available set, I would gladly go submit the cards for it myself. Including cropping all the images and so forth.
If that's possible I'd really appreciate it.

In the past I have submitted a couple of the theme deck cards to the Coldsnap set itsself, without a collector number and excluded from boosters. I can help with filling in all the cards if there is a separate set for the theme decks.

@Enlightened_Magi and @Atony1400Ah, glad people are enthusiastic about this, haha. I already have all the Ice Age and Alliances images nicely cropped and I'm just working on uploading them now. So that part I can definitely manage myself, since there's only 52 of those total.
There's two tricky parts of this, though. One, should the actual Coldsnap cards be included? They are identical in every way to the booster Coldsnap cards, so it seems redundant. Two, the collector's number isn't normal for these cards. Instead of having a logical set of numbers for the theme deck, the cards feature the exact same number they have in the original printing.
In the meantime, I'm continuing on with adding the Ice Age and Alliances cards.

It looks like all 52 cards have been added to the theme deck set. @yeaGO is there a way to delete the two cards I added to Coldsnap set so there is no duplicates?

The full-Art judge promo Swamp incorrectly displays a foil swamp from Urza's Saga as seen here. By comparison, the other versions all display the correct card: Plains, Island, Mountain, Forest.

Platinum Angel has been added to the website, pending admin approval. I used a hi-def picture I snagged from ebay.
@13th_Horseman the swamp being displayed is actually a promo foil from the Arena league.. the Urza block didn't have foil lands because foil cards were first released in booster packs in Urza's Legacy which is the second set from the Urza block.

@Enlightened_Magi I see. I found that someone brought up the issue in the past as well. Seems odd to have all the 000s link to one set of promos except for one. Or else I just can't find the code to the judge promo.

Swan Song has a 2/2 Bird showing as the token it generates. However in decks it shows as a 1/1 Bird. Can this get corrected?
Example decks with a 1/1 white bird token with swan song in the deck and no 2/2 bird token.

Wrong image for FOIL version of a card.

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind is missing his printing for Modern Masters 2015 (MM2)
His printing from the Duel Decks is currently being used there instead.
