Yeago is working on a method to automate the entire legality system for submitting cards, under my recommendation. I didn't want to spend an extra 18 hours fixing the legality of these cards, and nor do I want to spend some 40 hours doing this for SOI when it comes out. So just be patient and use gatherer in the mean time.
When Yeago gets this done, every format we have should be considered in the legality system, rather than just what the users who submitted the cards know about them. This means that formats like Highlander, Heirloom, Noble and their ilk would get more coverage.
If you're an upgraded user and wish to add legalities to cards, feel free to do so. There's nothing stopping you.
