Tribals are always popular and seeing as how we have angels and dinosaurs and the like, we should add rats on there given the popularity of rat decks in formats like EDH.

Awesome idea!
I never got into EDH, but my friends and I had a deck challenge where we had to make a tribal deck that wasn't mainstream for under $50. So that's when I got into rats! I updated the deck a bit for Legacy format.
I'm struggling to link/tag my deck in this post with the syntax, but it is called rat-cemetery-rat-tribal
