Message showing up on my decks

Today I noticed this weird message that started showing up on my decks: "This collection is out of date, you may click here to see the latest version"
After I click on it the background image I had dissapears and it only shows the coding in the description. Anyone knows what's wrong?

It happened during my latest editing. When I saw the message after I saved the changes, I went to 'edit' again and hit the save button without making any new changes. After this save the message on top was gone.

well as long as everything continues to look okay. the problem i was most worried about was the description text altering

I have been seeing this message too lately. I just edited the deck and saved straight away and the message was gone and the latest version of the deck was showing up properly.
