Issue loading mobile tappedout, and upvoting own deck?

So I had some trouble getting onto the site earlier (mobile and I'm almost always on mobile) and it kept referring me to the ornothoptor fb page thing. I was able to get on later and it said I could get in trouble because I upvoted my own decks? I usually don't purposefully click on the +1 and the edit button is right above it so I do click on it once in a while, but I didn't think it was that often. Apparently yeaGO was tinkering with the site eairler so that could be it.

But why don't we just disable upvoting your own deck?

There's nothing wrong or against the rules with upvoting your own decks.

It had a thing thing that I'd get banned or something if I kept creating accounts to upvote my deck. I only have one account

T/O is supposed to be friendly, so generally people don't create secondary accounts... As for the whole 'upvote' stuff, the big no-nos are:

  • Creating 'upvote' links that aren't clearly labled.
  • Spamming for upvotes on other deck or stuff.
  • Linking images, videos, and other stuff to upvote your deck.

There's also an issue with creating multiple accounts for the sole purpose of getting views and upvotes on your decks. That message you saw, i believe, goes away after a while.

It did go away after I left the page. I was just worried about being banned because I didn't create any other accounts nor have any other ones, but I'll just assume it was an error unless it happens again

You can upvote your own deck once.
