Inventory Issues

I am having issues with the interactions between my inventory and my decks on the site and im curious if i'm just doing something wrong.
The issue is that when i have my decks sync with my inventory, it shows 2 copies of the card in my inventory. Thoughts?

OK so no I havent found the issue yet as to why its showing two in my inventory when i record them as the same version of card.

Ok, so I might have found the issue myself, I'm not entirely sure though. I'm thinking for it to not show doubles of my cards I need to put the cards I have not in the Inventory area, but in the 'Binder Have'.
