Is there a way to get some of the cards that are listed in the main deck to not be included in the TCGPlayer price?
Find out their individual price and subtract it for the total.

That would help. Basically, I'm looking for an easy way to estimate how much the deck will cost me, minus cards I already own.

do you use the acquireboard feature?
do you use your inventory?
If you use these it will tell you.
