I can't use the Deck Builder anymore

I wasn't sure where to put this but I can't seem to use the deck builder currently. Every time I click on the button to build a new deck the site says I'm not logged in and when I go to log in the site says I'm already logged in. I tried logging out and in a few times but nothing changed.

I don't know what else might be of use in figuring this out. I'm using the chrome browser.

Everything else seems to work. I can even still modify already built decks.

Have you tried deleting cookies? That usually has a reasonable chance of solving problems like this.
