How to Report a User

Recently when browsing decks, I found some rude person who posted a somewhat offensive comment about that person's deck.
On Tribal Knights by Definitelynotme:
"Gay. This theme is about as effective as two pieces of shit on a pink yarn string swung around like nunchucks. This garbage is feces. I'm catching a pinkeye infection from just looking at the decklist. You bring this garbage to the table and you might as well change your occupation to janitor because you're working with shit. Also it's gay."
Is there a way to report offensive users like this, other than posting about it on forums?

I'm afraid I don't personally know how to report a user, but I would like to thank you for having the courage to call out rotten behavior. It's encouraging to see integrity upholding respectful conduct in other users, even when it's easy to be an anonymous bystander.
