How do you tag decks with additional formats?

on the site, i often see decks with blue tags next to the main green tag that represents the format of the deck under the title. I looked for how to do this for quite a while throughout the site (in text formatting etc) but can't find out how to do it. Could someone please tell me.

The blue tags are "hubs." There shouldn't be any hubs that are also formats, though. Which formats did you see?

i found a thread saying, "The area where you enter hubs is in the top section of the Edit screen, right below where you enter the name and format.", but it isn't in my edit screen

I'm still wondering which hubs you saw being used to indicate format.

none, i didn't know that they were called hubs. i didn't know what to call them, and since they were next to the format, i just thought they were something like a format... just perhaps didn't think through my wording fully
