How do I post a custom designed EDH General?

T/O's YouTube video of a custom general edh game, caught my eye and got me wondering how do I post my deck that uses a customized general?

Here's how the Commander Series crew does it:
Click on your deck folder button on the top-right of the screen and click the "Alters" button. On this new page, click "New Alter". You need to choose a real, preexisting card and you can submit an "alter" of it, but it can just be the image of the custom card you've made. Then add something into the source box (I just put "me"). Once you save, to get your custom commander to show up, you just need to type in the chosen card's name and then the code the site gives you for that specific alter printing in the deck edit page.
