How Do I Make an Update?

I've seen people put updates on there deck creations listed. You know--that special box underneath their decks but on top of comments?

Example:

UPDATE: I put in Deathmist Raptor cuz he's super good.

Scroll down to the white boxes that have playtest, edit, deck cycle, etc. Under it should say update. Look on the right and it says ADD

There's an option below your deck's description that says "Add." Click that.
