My gifs / pictures aren't showing up in my decks anymore. Is there any reason why?

It's not just pictures, linnks don't work either. I noticed the problem about a week ago, but I thought it was just me.

Same. Not working for me at all.

HTML links stopped working about a week ago I think? thought this was a known issue already. The above-mentioned "![]( " formatting is new to me though, but all my older decks lost their imaging and I can't see them on others' decks either.

January 12, 2018 2:34 a.m.

JohnnyCRO says... #8

HTML links stopped working, but new formating doesn't work for me either. I tried it and the result was same as with HTML; neither code or picture show up outside editor while the code looks the same after editor is reopened.

I have been having the same issue, it's really saddening to someone who loves to feature card art in my deck descriptions.

Rafiq Enchantress Draw 2.0

You can see the word image standing right under Description. That is where I want to put this picture:

https://images.sunfrogshirts.com/2017/05/24/26786-1495611051980-Gildan-Swe-Black-w92-front.jpg

Thanks for your help in advance!!!

January 18, 2018 4:23 a.m.

Bou says... #14

I'm not seeing the word image or that link in the page source code, only this one:

![Rafiq](https://images.sunfrogshirts.com/2016/03/16/RAFIQ-Last-Name-Surname-T-Shirt-Black-front.jpg "If you fuck with Fiq you fuck with the best ..."

Which is probably missing the ")" after .jpg?

And supposed pictures:

January 18, 2018 7:06 a.m.

Bou says... #17

Ok so I'm copy-pasting your links to check:

Kefnet

That's so weird! I can't see these lines in the page source either.. now I'm not that good with coding but it shows up as:

Codes:

![Kefnet](http://media.wizards.com/2017/images/daily/cardart_AKH_Winds-of-Rebuke.jpg)

<img src="http://media.wizards.com/2017/images/daily/cardart_AKH_Winds-of-Rebuke.jpg">

And supposed pictures:

Curious though, The links are fine here. Can you see these pictures? have you tried logging out and in again? maybe clean cache on the browser? I'm not sure what else to do.. everything works again on my screen.

(Page source gives me

That's so weird! I can't see these lines in the page source either.. now I'm not that good with coding but it shows up as:

      <p>Codes:<pre><code>![Kefnet](http://media.wizards.com/2017/images/daily/cardart_AKH_Winds-of-Rebuke.jpg)

And no image showing up....

January 18, 2018 9:21 a.m.

JohnnyCRO says... #20

I can see both pictures your. I tried on 3 different browsers on 4 different devices with re-logging every time and the result is always the same, no pictures showing in my descriptions or comments. And the coding should be good because existing, and working, pictures disappeard from my descriptions.

Could it be that there is an intentinal difference between Premium and "regular" users?

January 18, 2018 12:46 p.m.

JohnnyCRO says... #21

(my tin foil hat theory about Premium and regular users is obviously wrong bc there are Premium users complaining about this too, my mistake)

Mine is working again, I didn't need a fix. Some links we're being more sketchy than others - so I saved them and used Google Photos and they all work fine now.

Can confirm that above code doesn't work either in comments or in deck description, when inspecting the page you can see a paragraph opening and closing without any inner html.

Like this.

At least it's not just me, my image for my deck stopped working and I spent an hour trying to fix it only to realize the problem isn't on my end. sigh

March 28, 2018 4:07 a.m.

So, pretty late but I'm having the same problem. I got it to work by writing invalid html code

Write

but do not close out the image tag as above and all of a sudden, I got an image to show.

I have this problem as well. Images don't work in either comments or deck descriptions.

https://imgur.com/a/5O5Zg9w (Links don't work either, as you can see.)

Is this being worked on?

July 23, 2018 6:07 a.m.

This is what I do

<img src="https://i.imgur.com/wXrDcRx.jpg"

It only works for me if a. you don't close the img tag with a ">" and b. the img tag cannot be enclosed in any other tags i.e. center, or p or div

For example:

shows nothing my image should be here

and this shows nothing as well

<img src="https://i.imgur.com/wXrDcRx.jpg"

Should be something right here

It has to have something to do with how TappedOut is processing deck description when you edit it. The same thing is happening to tables. I use to have a pretty deck description with images and tables but about 5 to 6 months ago they started to get jacked up.

BajungaDustin You can also try tricking the parser by using the entity reference for the greater than symbol as below
