Feature Request: Increase/Decrease Buttons for Board Edit

When editing the board it is kinda inconvenient to manually type out the quantity of the card at hand. Mostly, you just want to apply some minor changes to the deck.

Therfore, additionally, two buttons for increasing and decreasing the quantity by one would be wonderful (Edit Board).
