Eldrazi Aggressor showing as banned in commander.

In a casual EDH deck I just built (Pia & Kiran's Artifact Creatures it is saying that Eldrazi Aggressor is banned in commander.
According to the gatherer, it is legal in legacy/vintage/commander and it is not on the commander official banlist at mtgcommander.net
It's color identity shouldn't be an issue (in case that was the cause) because it's identity is red, while the commander's is also red.
Fix submitted, and Simon_Williamson, the only card that could stop this thing would be the imfamous Storm Crow.

Don't you know a 2/3 colourless creature with haste in EDH is jusy fucking broken. Like it completely shuts down Iona, Shield of Emeria and Gaddock Teeg can't even stop it.
Clearly this is as bad as Griselbrand, the power nine, Channel, and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.
