Hi staff, wanted to suggest adding some sort of place on the site where you guys let us know if there's planned (or unplanned) downtime for any of the site features. Just a banner or a whole forum with threads that say something like"Binders will be down from approximately x to x for updating" or something.

This is a good idea. That and have someone be in charge of the site updates forum because Yeago has problems making site update announcements.
