Deck synced with inventory issue (bug?)

I was trying to figure out how syncing a deck with the inventory worked and in the process I deleted a deck that was set to sync. The cards that were in that deck still show when viewing my inventory as "in a deck", though it can't find the deck when I click on the number "in a deck" (which is correct because that deck no longer exists).

How can I make those cards leave my inventory view? I tried to click on the wrench on the right of the inventory view and choose "delete card", but that had no effect on cards in decks, only in inventory.
