Could Pauper Be A Deck Hub?

Could Pauper be made into a hub as well as a deck classification, as with Casual?

I ask as I have two Pauper EDH decks and I would like to get help and advice from people who play both EDH and Pauper without changing between the classifications every other cycle.

Similarly I imagine it would benefit people who make Pauper decks in Standard, Modern etc.

I'm referring to when you edit a deck, there is a Pauper 'Format' but not a Pauper 'Hub'. So for my Pauper EDH decks there is no way to classify it as both.

Pauperness can be a property of the a format or it can be a hub.
