Can't Add Cards To Inventory

I'm having issues updating my inventory past a certain point.

Currently, in Add Card mode, when I attempt to add a card, I get the message "Error: Needs update. See 'Full Edit' for more details." When I go to Full Edit, I'm unable to add more than 1838 lines. I have no error message that appears, the edits go to processing and then quickly revert to the previous count.

Logged out and back in, still can't seem to add more than 1838 lines.

Looks like I'm able to add lines again, I'm up to 2165 and counting. I'll update if the issue returns.
