Are all the Standard sets legal in Brawl?

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this question and if not, I apologize. I made a Brawl deck and noticed at the bottom of the page it noted that it was not Brawl legal and the "illegal" cards are all cards from the sets other than Dominaria. I just wanted to make sure I'm doing something wrong.

Yeah, the TappedOut database isn't quite up to date. The Brawl format uses all cards from Standard sets, with its own banlist: Smuggler's Copter, Baral, Chief of Compliance, and Sorcerous Spyglass.
yeaGO is there any way for users to update the database ourselves?
