Am I allowed to ask about my Cube?

I need some help with my cube, but when I went to ask a question, the closest option to "ask for help with my cube" was "ask for help with a deck".

Am I allowed to ask for help with my Cube in the "ask for help with a deck" thread?

Ask it in the limited forum I would say. That's the place for drafting, sealed etc.

Sounds like you landed on the filter page in the Rules Q&A, which is definitely not where deck or cube help requests go.

Feel free to post in the deck help or Limited forums. We don't really have a precedent for requests for cube help because they come up so infrequently.
