Adding Alternate Arts to Deck lists

Making a deck list, but I'm not sure how to add the cards with their alternate arts from Ikoria (For example, the Godzilla arts or the showcase comic-book-like arts). I tried checking the formatting guide again but no luck.

Could someone tell me how I go about adding these to my decklist? Cheers.

LizardKing1526 really late reply, but select the Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths printing and another option for variations will appear below Foil. Select the collector # matching the variation you want to add.
