What Rotates out when Dominaria hits?

Nothing in Standard rotates out when Dominaria is released. Rotation doesn't happen until the Fall set is released, end of Sept 2018.
At the Fall rotation Kaladesh/Aether Revolt and Amonkhet/Hour of Devestation sets will rotate out of Standard leaving at that time Ixalan block, Dominaria, Core Set 2019 and the Fall set as sets that are legal in Standard.

Nothing. Standard rotates with the fall set. For the fall, 2018 rotation, Kaladesh, Aether Revolt, Amonkhet, and Hour of Devastation will rotate out, leaving Ixalan, Rivals of Ixalan, Dominaria, Core 2019, and the unnamed fall.
