Skysovereign in mono black zombies

Hi all so I'm looking into running the typical mono black zombie build for standard and noticed most if not all of them run at least 1 Skysovereign, Consul Flagship out of the sideboard. I'm just trying to figure out what matchup that comes in against. Most of the rest of the sideboard makes sense to me as to when you bring the card in but that one throws me for a loop. Like what matchup is it worth bringing in and is it required in the side or could I throw something else in if I feel like worrying more about ramunap red for example.

I'd go with Aethersphere Harvester as it's cheaper and the life gain will help you stabilize against Aggro, even Cryptbreaker can crew it. Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet is solid for that reason too. Skysovereign good if you can get to late game as it flies over a lot of stuff or can deal with Glorybringer, etc, doesn't get hit by sorcery speed removal and provides a quick clock if they don't have an answer for it
