Why not make this into a deck for ease of reading/updating? Also, you have 33 cards in your sideboard, which is 18 more than you are legally allowed to have. Having redundant first-strike is fine since your creatures will need it to effectively fight other creatures.

I'm gonna be honest.. I'm not very up on sideboards.. Haven't played in about 6 years and just getting back into magic. I dont play enough yet to see many decks outside of my 1 friends.
So the side board section.. Is more like cards that could go in this deck but aren't at the moment.. But ones i sub in and out if i feel one part of my deck is struggling.
So any advice on the deck or advice on good sideboard for soldiers would be great.

I agree with Ryjo, it would be much easier if you just made a deck so you can make changes and cycle it and get more help.
