First Deck Ever, Help

Hi Everyone!

I am a complete newbie to MTG (I started playing in late November 2017) and I just made my first deck ever. I have no idea how well it would work or even if it's a good deck. Please offer advice/suggestions/constructive criticism and your opinions of my deck!

First of all, listen to cdkine. You need 1, 2, and 3 drops to do stuff on all your turns. You also need more removal. You also have too many 3 copies of cards. Get 4 copies of important cards.
