Best Drake Haven deck

I'm trying to build a budget deck for standard, and it's going to be a Drake Haven cycling deck because cycling is awesome. Because the New Perspectives deck jumped a bit, it's now out of my budget, so I was researching a couple of Drake Haven options. So far I found:
What this thread is asking is what do you guys think is the best of these decks? Are there any more Drake Haven decklists running around that I missed? And also, as I said, this is going to be a budget deck so if I were to build the UW decks I'd have to replace Torrential Gearhulk with something else. So that's another question: are there any good budget replacements for Torrential Gearhulk in standard or should I just add more cyclers?

I built a customised Temur Drakes list, based on the list that Wedge(?) posted on youtube. Its pretty budget, check it out here.
Of the four decks you posted, I like the UR Aggro and the UW COntrol (1st Option) the most.

I've only really done a little testing, but I think I like the ur deck the best because of the explosiveness with cathartic reunions with enigma drakes. I do like the look of the temur drake deck but I need to playtestr it as little first

Well you missed the one I built, Grixis Cycling :P
Obviously I'm biased towards mine and it's still pretty budget xD
