There's not much description... What kind of gameplan are you looking for?

For hardcore aggro there are plenty decks that feature Electrostatic Pummeler. I myself like the version of clayperce a lot:

Steel-Cannon Pummeler (KLD)

Of the new cards I think both Aetherwind Basker and Scrapper Champion are very strong. The problem of the lizzard is that it's 7mana to play... on the other hand if you land him it's usually good game the next turn.

If your going for turn 4 consistency then nothing is better then Voltaic Brawler and Electrostatic PummelerAdd the Highspire Infusion to get additional pump and another Pummeler trigger that should give you 2 to 3 by turn 4

For midrange (for me that's turn 5-7)Your looking at 3 or 4 Bristling Hydra, Arlinn Kord  Flip, and a Chandra, Torch of Defiance or two, and round it out with removal and all the staples

That's how I like to play it anywayI like game 1 go for the aggro and if it's a more control-y deck sideboard into the midrange Hope it helps!!

I'd second Electrostatic Pummeler and Voltaic Brawler for R/G energy. Also consider cards such as Invigorated Rampage and Peema Aether-Seer to help you generate energy quickly in parallel with having high power creatures

R/G Sledgehammer

I linked my deck above, its the more budget build of pummeler I'll be testing at FNM

You can't forget Key to the City for filtering, getting your big creature through unblockable, and in general just being a decent card. Another upside, if you want to run Fiery Temper, it can trigger its madness cost as well. All in all, the card is good to run in the deck.
