Do you think that wizards should bring back untap as an ability?

I tinkered with the ability on some common artifacts, and found turn 2 wins in pioneer and modern for under $10, so yeah, the ability would need to be heavily monitored.

It could be done easily if each one came with a "you can only activate this ability once per turn."

We did just get Farmstead Gleaner recently, so it's not entirely outside the realm of possibility we may get more cards with untap symbols sometime.

i agree, although i feel the ability may be very type- specific; only on for instance, scarecrows, or perhaps a new card type, with different tap/untap rules.

Doing so would add so many new infinite mana combos to the game. They would need to be careful about what abilities are on there and what mana cost goes with the untap symbol
