Doesn't this look a bit like ulamog with the scalp and the things coming out of the mouth?
Eldrazi don't have mouths because they do not eat like biological organisms. (Though they may have mouth-like structures, because it's convenient to have a weapon on your head in case your tentacles are occupied.)
The Phyrexian Obliterator design is based on Yawgmoth's Mask, with extended cheek plates.

From a lore standpoint, ichor isn't really compatible with eldrazi. At least not the titans themselves. Anything that gets near ulamog pretty much evaporates into dust, kozilek distorts reality itself so it's safe to assume whatever titans are left scattered across the multiverse if any exist won't be affected. Distorting reality itself kind of trumps catching ubercancer
