By the looks of the newest story it might be eldrazi, after all, nahiri would want sorin to feel the same pain from the same enemy she did.

I think eldrazi would present totally differently than what we're used to though, as the only reason that they're colorless on zendikar is because Ugin used colorless magic to force them into physical forms. Emrakul might be a five-colored, old-God-esque, creepy af eldrazi horror shrouded in darkness with piercing bright lights a la Stephen Spielberg movie. Totally plausible according to the information about them.

If you guys read the latest story, Nahiri knows Emmy has escaped. So, it's every EDH player's worst nightmare (Oh, wait...) that gets the Big Bad Spotlight here.

@MagicalHacker

I've read everything I've been able to find on Eldrazi lore... I've never seen anything that even hints at them being colorless due to Ugin's magic. - In fact, there are many things that point against that theory. - They are from the Blind Eternities... a place without colored mana. - In this recent story, Nahiri rembers Ulamog as being the same on Zendikar as it was on the Plane where she first saw the Eldrazi... and since Ugin did not force them onto that Plane they would not have been colorless there, unless they were truly colorless. - In fact, the Eldrazi were not 'forced' onto Zendikar, they were Lured there because they are drawn to, and consume things with a colored mana energy. This is shown in the battle between Drana and a massive Eldrazi.

Rayenous, research shows that you're right, and Ugin's colorless magic was necessary for their imprisonment as they feed on colored magic.

Alright guys, I am probably grasping at straws here... But hear me out! First read this article: Wizards Clues

Alright, ready for this? Phyrexians.

First of all - Phyrexia tries to overcome an entire plane of existence and its world/landscape... Not just the life. The art depicts it overcoming trees, stones, event he sky.

Next - Phyrexian Ooze can traverse through different planes. (small detail, but most likely essential for it to be a known threat).

Next - Check the artwork on Mirran Crusader and Phyrexian Crusader. Notice all the twisting and deforming? sure he is an artifact, but that translates directly to my next point... (Also, check the art from all the cards in New Phyrexia... They have the same artistic themes and latticework. You can see it in all the Chancellors, as well as cards like Phyrexian Metamorph (the background of the card, not just the creature itself) and many others).

The next set- KALADESH. A realm completely over running with artifacts. This would give us a perfect transition to Kaladesh from Innistrad. (Like Sorin was the link to Innistrad).

Finally- in the last story article on the montership, it shows Nahri goes back to Zendikar and sees it being destroyed. However, she was not around when the titans were felled. She is unfamiliar with her new powers (because she was trapped during the mending) and it is very possible that she would planeswalk randomly to try and get the hang of it should she ever be in a pickle. I propose for my theory to be correct, she was doing just that during the time that the Gatewatch was fighting. While doing so, she stumbles upon Elsh Norn on Mirrodin and the rest is history.

Like I said, this is a THEORY. I am most likely incorrect, in fact I am still mostly thinking Eldrazi, but I can still speculate, right?

This is what I think will happen in the Eldrich Moon. Ya'll ready for this?

Before SOI, Nicol Bolas was sitting in his bedroom and we was like: "I have'nt done much for a while, I should mess some planes up." So he goes to New Phyrexia, where Elesh Norn is busy assembling the Legacy Weapon 2.0, and Nicol Bolas is like "yo, wanna invade another plane?" And Elesh Norn is all like: "sure." So Nicol Bolas makes those interplanar ships and takes them to Innistrad, where the Phyrexians sit in the Helvault that Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded has reconstructed and wait.

Cue Battle for Zendikar.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is already on Innistrad, pretending he's a tree. (how else would he hide? It's not like moons are hollow!) The Gatewatch kill the other 2 titans, and Nahiri, the Lithomancer is like all like "hey thanks! We should all pull a massive prank on Sorin, Lord of Innistrad!" Jace is like: "Sure!" And Nahiri goes to Innistrad to start messing Innstrad up, but her work is already 2/3 done because of the Eldrazi and Phyrexians. Jace starts investigating stuff because everything is covered with lattices and Eldrazi. ("I wonder how these got here?")

Koth of the Hammer is like: "Where did all the Phyrexians go?" So he starts looking for them, finding them on Innistrad. He figures that the Phyrexians should probably not have the Legacy Weapon, so he goes and gets zombie Elsbeth and Veneser's rotting corpse and Karn Liberated and Krenko, Mob Boss. They go steal the Legacy Weapon from the Phyrexians, but for some reason Koth gives the Legacy Weapon to Krenko to hold and Krenko accidentaly blows up Zendikar, killing Gideon.

Nahiri is like "WHY THE H*LL DID YOU DO THAT?!? THAT'S MY HOME!!" and goes insane for real, then Krenko (Who still has the Legacy Weapon) blows up the Helvault.

Cue Eldrich Moon.

The Phyrexians start attacking Innistrad, but since the Eldrazi are there too, they get a Sharks-Jets rivalry going and start attacking each other. Then the Izzet Guild falls from the sky because they accidentaly ripped a hole in the space-time contium. Niv-Mizzet is like: "what up?"

At that exact moment, Thassa's (Yes, the God) spark ignites, and she is flung to Innistrad. Kiora, who is there examining The Gitrog Monster gets into a fight with her over the Bident of Thassa. Then Sarkaan Vol planeswalks to Innistrad, and attacks Nicol Bolas (Who was watching the whole time and laughing) with a Dragonstorm. Bolas defeats Vol, and drains his magical dragon powers, making him a super dragon squared.

Bolas begins to destroy the Multiverse with his new magical powers. Jace is forced to create a new group of planeswalkers, called the Jace-tice leauge.

The Jace-tice leauge (Consisting of Jace, Lilliana, Ajani, Karn, Narset, Chandra, Domari Rade, Dak Fayden, Vraska, and Ugin) begins to assemble an army of Slivers to kill Nicol Bolas, but little do they know that Bolas is being attacked by the Eldrazi and Phyrexians, who have teamed up to destroy the multiverse.

Meanwhile, Jace goes back to being the Guildpact of Ravnica, but is killed by Fblthp, who then steals his plansewalker spark. Lilliana goes to Garruk as to get him into the Jace-tice Leauge. ("Garruk, eat a Snickers." "Why?" "Because your'e not you when you're hungry.")

The Jace-tice Leauge is unable to control their Slivers, and they run amuck across Innistrad, turning it into one giant hive.

Nicol Bolas allies with the Eldrazi and Phyrexians, creating an evil threesome. (I stand by my wording) Krenko blows up Kaladesh, because the Kaladesh block is a lie. Instead the set after Eldritch Moon will be on Innistrad and called "Dark-er Ascencion: The Rise of the Evil Threesome and Also Slivers and Ob-Nixilis who Will be in This Set"

I'm going to laugh at all of you on the 20th when my theory is totally right.

KingTorg1 that theory is too complicated for me to attempt to refute it, so I'm just going to accept that as canon util proven otherwise.
