I doubt these will be in the actual set. I think they are just for Hasbro's convention. That doesn't make them any less awesome in my opinion. They are all surprisingly playable for "funny" promos.

The back side of gridlock is an 8/8 trample with the same transform ability as his front side

I mean, it is far more reasonable that you have a d20 on hand for magic than a transformer toy or a nerf gun...

I'd love to use Grimlock for an EDH deck. Too bad that it might not be in Unstable, and it might be illegal to use.

It probably won't be legal but the great thing about commander is your playgroup can ok anything. Official play probably not though.

Lol these look hilarious! I have a friend who loves Nerf! It's just a pity that I live in SA... so I definitely won't be able to come..... Me gonna go into a dark place and sulk.

And for anyone wondering if they will be available there is hope:
"Some have speculated that hasbro delayed the online sale of their sdcc exclusives until september because of hascon. If that's the case, I am thinking it's not out of the realm of possibility that they will include their hascon exclusives as well. Another arker had a post from the hascon website that states that limited quantities of hascon exclusives will be available on their online shop."

Omg Nerf War! LOL I can see it already, someone bring in one of those 50+ dart NERF machine guns to a casual event and winnning games with the card! XD
