Is the leak speculation credible enough for you? The same guy that leaked the twin ban is behind this one it seems.

I just watched through the lunch break, no announcement.
We might have to wait until Sunday or later on today.

saj0219 There is no announcement, just a leak by a reddit user who also "predicted" the Twin and Amulet bans months in advance. So he probably has some credibility.

Damn. FAMOUSWATERMELON, thanks for the update. I knew about the leak 'prediction' but I got super excited when I saw your train and rorofats post that there had been a confirmation of it.

What sort of price, and availability would this product come with? It also brings up questions about SCG's decisions recently I think.

There is very minimal credibility to this announcement, which has been circulating for a while. The only real credibility comes from a reddit user who said the pre-Oath bannings would be Goryo's Vengeance, Splinter Twin, and Amulet of Vigor (which he later changed to "a card from the Amulet deck"). So 1/3 for bannings correct. I doubt that Eternal Masters will come, although that might just be because I'm excited for Unset 3/Conspiracy 2/Archenemy 2/Planechase 3 or whatever else.

I have been desiring a legacy/vintage equivalent of Modern Masters ever since that product was announced, so, if WotC really does print such a set, I shall be overjoyed.
What cards would be in such a set? I know that WotC cannot reprint cards on the reserved list, but there are still plenty of others to reprint, are there not? And such cards would be updated to the new border style, would they not be?

Fingers crossed for reprints of cards from Portal Three Kingdoms. I would love to see Imperial Seal NOT cost a small house payment. Same for Ravages of War, Imperial Recruiter, Capture of Jingzhou, etc.

With a $10 MSRP, I'm hoping it's less of a lottery than MM15 for value... Definitely excited though (even though I just finished my FoW play set and bet this will drop the price a bit).

It's too bad so many people are stupid.
I've already heard numerous people (no just new players either), saying things like, "Cool, Force of Will will be Modern Legal!"
And when I try to explain otherwise, they try to argue their point.

I wonder how much of a price jump this will cause in reserved staples like the ABUR dual lands. Theoretically, this should breath new life into Legacy, which should mean increased demand.
