Eldritch Moon, and Emrakul Speculation. (possibly new theory?)

So, I've been looking around different speculation pages and I wanted to throw my two cents into this situation. In the New Zendikar sets we got Vestige of Emrakul which is red, and we got Eldrazi Displacer that is the only white eldrazi in the entire sets featuring the eldrazi... Nahiri, being mad at Sorin, might want to destroy Sorin's home... and knowing that Emrakul eats planes and Nahiri's obvious knowledge of how to imprision them with Lithomancy.... she is his Harbinger (she's R/W). So, also to further explain this. Angels are a primarily Red/White tribe and they're the one's going mad. On Zendikar the Merfolk worship three Gods that were actually representative of the three Titans. Shrine of the Forsaken Gods. Emeria is portrayed as a woman Angel. Emeria is Emrakul in the Zendikari's eyes. So, Angels are going mad, Nahiri's home plane viewed Emrakul as an Angel god for many many years.... I think I can agree that Emrakul might very well be an Flip-Angel planeswalker (maybe not walker) in this next upcoming set. Nahiri being involved also explains why she may need more power directed to the Drownyard Temple (which also taps for colorless....) by those twisting stones, to bring Emrakul here because she has physically attached to a plane by making herself the embodiment of the God the Zendikar had come to know. As for Lilly in all of this, I have more of a speculative answer for that.... I believe that Emrakul is the Raven Man inside her mind...if people can understand Emrakul's power and the fact that the man has Birdlike features about it despite never actually seeing it's entirety. Thank you for listening people!

Emrakul as a planeswalker...no. I do believe you to be spot on for the cryptoliths (?) though. They are distorting the planes mana and directing into one central location. It's like the bat symbol for the last remaining titan.

Raven man is completely separate from all of this. He shapeshifts, planeswalks, and helped the events that led to lili's spark igniting, but other than that nothing is know about him (or at least to my understanding)

While I really like where you start with manipulating Angels and such, Emrakul is an unfathomable being that is aeons old. She wouldn't at all have agendas like this and neither would be an angel, nor a Planeswalker, ever.

My leading theory is that the "Eldritch Moon" is actually either Emrakul herself being drawn into Innistrad, or as addaff said a giant bat symbol that should do just that. Nahiri is so pissed at Sorin that she wants to lure Emrakul to Innistrad to destroy his home, as hers was "destroyed". Maybe Jace actually can talk some sense into her, as Zendikar was saved - which however doesn't redeem Sorin's sins.

Also, this thread might or might not fit better into the Lore forum.

...how would Nahiri know that Emrakul is released? If she doesn't know why would she attempt to lure it?

everything is full of crackpot emrakul theories... innistrad angels go mad, they are red and white, there are red and white eldrazis.. emrakul had a sculpt as angel, therefor ELDRAZI CONFIRMED!

It doesn't really. If all of these were in fact not just wishful thinking, then it still wouldn't really prove the point. Emrakul's thing is not transforming matter into tentacles, it is corrupting the mind. In addition, her powers only affect living matter, so the point about the waterspouts and the point about the stone tiles don't really make sense, as well as the fact that emrakulian structures rarely include gaping mouths, as shown in Grotesque Mutation. Although many signs point there, and I may be wrong, I hope that Emrakul is not present on Innistrad, as the Eldrazi are boring as heck in terms of antagonists. Kala out, rant complete.
EDIT: check out Engulf the Shore. Since when does Emrakul enjoy swimming?

The mutations could certainly point to Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, and, to a lesser degree, the color scheme and the tentacles could as well. I add 'to a lesser degree' because the tentacles and color are a part of Emrakul, not something known to be caused by Emrakul.
But the warped world, and lattice work do not point to Emrakul at all.

I do believe that the Latice Work could possibly be the way in which Emrakul effects the world. - i.e. Ulamog turns landscapes into chalky dust, Kozilek turns landscapes into 'bismuth' like stone work, and Emrakul turns landscapes into a Lattice Work of sponge.

I'm still not convinced of Emrakul... but that may just be my wishful thinking. - The single-mindedess of Eldrazi is one of their more endearing qualities, as far as antagonists go. If Nahiri is able to summon/lure and Eldrazi on her own, as easily as it appears she has (note: it took decades for Ugin, Sorin, and Nahiri to lure them to Zendikar), then they greatly lose a large part of what makes them formidable... they can now be controlled.
This is a lot like the addition of the 'Borg Queen' to the hive. An obvious weakness that can easily be exploited.

Marit Lage seems just as reasonable/likely as Emrakul. Both the Eldrazi and Marit Lage were inspired by Lovcraftian Lore. Marit Lage is known to be associated with and which accounts for the color scheme. Marit Lage is know to be able to remain dormant for long periods of time while retaining influence over a Planes inhabitants. This points to the demon/horror that was said to be living in the seas of Innistrad (Runo Stromkirk worshipped a pre-Avacynian god of the sea and storms). As there is little else known of Marit Lage, nothing can be ruled out, including the Mutations, Latice Work or Warped World.
