The new Platinum Angel is the most gorgeous of all the Masterpieces so far, one of my favourite card arts even. Somply stunning.

Wizards did a great job with both their choices and the art, only thing that I don't like is the art on Extraplanar Lens and Pithing Needle

I love,that they made ornithopter a masterpiece that is HILARIOUS and its such an iconic card. By far my vote for 11/10 would promo again.

Really digging the Duplicant and Extraplanar Lens. Honestly surprised that Vedalken Orrery wasn't included. I figured that would be the only guaranteed Invention.

it'll sink your draft sure, but Ornithopter may end up being one of the most expensive masterpieces. It's an auto 4-of in affinity, and if frontier takes off there might be some tiered ensoul deck

Serendipitous_Hummingbird Ornithopter is actually pretty mediocre in frontier ensoul decks because Signal Pest, Springleaf Drum, Steel Overseer don't exist. The only relevant combo there is in frontier is sac'ing it to Shrapnel Blast or Ensoul Artifacting it.
I do love the reprint of it, though. I think it will certainly be one of the more expensive ones, but not necessarily the most expensive one.

Bovine073 yeah, probably not the most expensive one since the whole "modern runs 4" argument also applies to ravager and ravager is much flashier.
As for frontier, a t2 5/5 flier is not bad at all, it's a decent target for Ghostfire Blade and it'll turn on your Toolcraft Exemplars faster.
I'm more worried about Kommand. If 30% of the meta is packing a couple Kolaghan's Command, you're just asking to be 2-for-1ed

Serendipitous_Hummingbird if you are packing Stubborn Denial and/or Negate you should be fine Kolaghan's Command is no Abrupt Decay after all.

Paradox engine I definitely want one of those! As I can sadly no longer use my Prophet of Kruphix anymore for Edh and this is certainly a good alternative.Both are really nice in fact.
These would be the two Colorless mythic cards in the actual set right?
