You can have a mechanic brought back to the next core set. Which is it?

I want Gravestorm to be a thing Bitter Ordeal is a sweet card. I want more things like this.

Flanking would be cool for a throwback mechanic. Wouldn't be upset to see cumulative upkeeps either but that could be very hit or miss depending on how they did it.

Any mechanic? I vote Ninjutsu or Evoke. Evoke might be a bit too similar to Exploit though... I want Briarhorn in Standard, okay?!
(Really I just want more good Flash creatures, but that's an evergreen mechanic)

Replicate! And splash it into another colour like core set mechanics tend to (Exalted going in black, Bloodthirst also going into black when it was red/green before, etc.) Maybe replicate could go into green, seeing as green is the mana-rampiest colour. The green replicate cards would chiefly be on sorceries of course.
Why? I just like it, I guess.

Gravestorm will return eventually. All the mechanics that were previewed in the FUT cards will (except for assembling Contraptions, I guess).
Personally, I'd like to see Morbid make a return. And Threshold, as unpopular as it was. Modern could use some cool Threshold spells.

Fateseal!! Because it's not like I've been working on a deck using the existing pseudo fateseal abilities or anything...
Or alternatively Transfigure, because creature sacking is fun :3

No, actually seriously, either Evoke or Soulbond. I feel like both of those mechanics have a lot of design space, and it would be interesting to explore that.

I would like to see madness return. I would like to see some optional play when your top decking and you draw a madness spell. Hold it for a few turns and then your opponent Thoughtseize/Duress you...profit.
