There are many many card interactions and combos that take place in any game of magic. While those be for the purposes of winning and playing the game, what i want to know is what is your favorite silly/flavorful/ or funny card interactions that you've seen?

As an example my favorite card interaction will always be Act of Treason on It That Betrays. I mean you had it coming, it says it in the name!

I allways like flashbacking Lingering Souls from a Isolated Chapel in my modern deck. Other than that I just allways cringe when cards don't line up flavourwise like a sword equipped to a wurm or something.

Not sure it counts as "interaction", but I once saw someone use Glimpse the Unthinkable on a guy that had Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in his deck... he was pretty close to milling the guy out, too. The face he made looked a lot like the dude in the card. lol

Since that day, I can't help but associate Emrakul to the "unthinkable" the card refers to. It depicts mill players' reaction to him perfectly. That's what I call flavor.

Omniscience and Enter the Infinite - The flavour text of omniscience is perfect for the theme of EtI (I liked it so much I built an EDH deck around it).

I enjoy attaching Godsend to Xenagos, God of Revels.

I guess Prophet of Kruphix floating mana at the end of turn with Kruphix, God of Horizons? Though, that may be a little unoriginal. I suppose a Predator Ooze getting a Stab Wound or a Tragic Slip seems a little awkward.
