Ok so I just have 2 questions. What website do you use for card pricing when trading at a LGS GP..ETC. And plus which venders at GP's/events tend to be the most fair in trading value and prices for their own cards?
TCGplayer mid is pretty standard ... tbh, I can't think of any trade I've ever made where we didn't use that.
At events, it seems that just about everyone is very fair, though sometimes limited supply/unexpected high demand can really mess with prices. Online, I've been really impressed with CardKingdom ... their buylist + store credit + purchase prices seem to consistently give better value than the other big vendors.

I have traditionally used TCGplayer mid when making trades with other players but I have started using MTGFamiliar's trade app more. I think it still bases prices off of TCGplayer, but it provides card prices in a nice side by side view.
Most LGS near me tend to also use TCGplayer.
As far as trading with vendors at GP's, most have comparable card values so I like to look through what each vendor has to offer and talk with people from each vendor first. I usually then trade with whomever has both a high amount of cards I need and the most friendly people.

For you LGS, consider asking them what they use - they will usually tell you. For example, mine bases all their prices on Star City Games.
For others, if they do not have a set source, perhaps look at whichever source provides the greatest return for the entire collection. You do not want to base your offer on multiple sites (ex. Try to base Snapcasters on TCG, while, at the same time, basing Karn on Star City), as this clear attempt for more money will annoy the vender and make them less receptive to their offers.
