Suggest some cards to make an entire decklist!

RULES

  1. Must be under $120

  2. Two colors max

  3. Must use the cards given

  4. Deck could be casual or competitive

120 dollar's seem like an odd restriction but okay.

Garruk Wildspeaker or if that's too expensive Reforge the Soul

See what you can do with that.

Garruk is absolutely fine! Not too sure about Reforge the Soul though. I need more cards to consider if I'm going to splash a color.
