Anyone tried this with small zoo? Seems nasty potent as a 2 of. I mean,.. NASTY potent. Imagine if the game were waxing long and you slammed that down to snap up 3 vexing devils/goblin guides. gg?
seems to me like a better 3 drop than domri. Instead of a CHANCE of card advantage your getting the whole kit and kaboodle right now. Bam,..3 game changers that were previously removed.

What small aggro deck do you plan that for? Burn will never splash this, as it is highly inefficient. Zoo will never play this, as it is highly unlikely to be good - if your one drops are in the grave, it is quite likely they were put there by something bigger than them.
No card can ever be discussed in a vacuum - where do you want to use this card. This has sparing uses as a 1-of in Soul Sisters, most often in the SB for grindy matchups, as the forecast is uncounterable.

Naya Zoo is one i mentioned- Its rare to finish a game with all your creatures. One-drops are what make the deck. I feel like this card could almost be considered to be a bag full of goblin guide vexing devil wild nacatl experement one and kird ape. (thats a bag id love to be holding)

It is not a good card - I would not run it in the deck ever. It is meant for grindy matchups, because of the general uncounterability of forecast trigger.
That aside, I cannot imagine playing that for less than full value. I cannot imagine replacing any card with it.
If wild nacatl and kird ape are in the grave, they ended up there most likely due to a blocker. If you have not yet dealt with said blocker, having those guys back is utterly useless.
The card this is decent with is vexing devil and even then, it is a marginal interaction. Replacing domri with this is impossible in my eyes.
Finally, the key word is situational. This card is good in the perfect situation. Zoo is a deck in which most cards fulfill the same purpose, giving its consistency an edge - you do not care whether you play a Kird Ape or a Wild Nacatl on turn 1, but on turn 3, you care if you have a Domri Rade or a Proclamation of Rebirth in hand. One will always do something (make you not draw a land next turn, at least, or kill a dude), the other requires you to suicide your guys to do anything. I cannot see any value.

hm well only 1 5 zoo lists run domri,.. 1 drop doesn't, small zoo doesnt, gruul doesn't, tribal zoo doesn't. Its really just big zoo that does. The reason being that even a topdecked 1-drop is better pressure. So domri wasnt the best example. What I'm seeing in it is basically draw 3(creatures) for 3cmc. What could possibly be better mid to end game in zoo than 3 more creatures in your hand.

It seems that the discussion is centered on Modern. If I'm given reason to believe that this thread belongs in General instead, then I'll move it there.

If you ever have six mana out with small zoo, you have probably lost the game. Proclamation of Rebirth will not save you, only a Divine Intervention could.
