Hey,

I got banned from PucaTrade a while ago and recently I emailed customer service to ask why. They said that I had credit card fraud on my account but I literally have no idea what they are talking about. I had committed time and money onto this site and now I am unable to use it anymore. Does anyone have any ideas for me???

Ask them for details about it. Dates time your credit card number for the card that had the fraud

If there is credit card fraud with your account surely they could find out what card they were working with for you to dispute.

At this point though, it might be best to cut your losses. Pucatrade is a sinking ship. I was an uncommon member for a while and eventually the bounties and lack of trades made me get out.

I agree with both of them. Puca is kinda going down the drain, but you should inquire further just to protect yourself financially. If someone else has your personal information in sure something more nefarious than pucatrade will pop up at some point. Good luck.

I just finished talking to them more and they are not backing down. They are just repeatedly saying that there was fraud on my account. I asked if there was a way that they could prove it, but they declined. I'm being falsely accused and I would really like to have my account back lol.

File a claim with the BBB. It's free and they will act as a third party moderator and help you resolve the issue. I am not sure if puca is an American company but if they are it's a good place to start. Might be able to help you get more information and maybe unban your account. Once a third party gets involved most companies will be more responsive, especially since your interaction through the BBB will be seen by the public (it will be anonymous through the BBB but you can talk details in private)
