New legalities?

With the addition of vintage masters, a few cards like arrogant wurm and circular logic have become legal. Will they also be legal in real life? Or just online as that's where they are available as commons.

Ok thanks, the hymn to tourach example is why I asked but since it isn't sanctioned irl I thought I would check

Depends on your local play group (note pauper isn't sanctionable offline for tournaments iirc, it's a casual event, why you don't see them for fnm). But for the most part, they should be legal. The ban list and other deck construction rules follow online practices. e.g. Hymn to Tourach is a common offline, but only uncommon online and banned from all pauper forms.
