Fallen Angel in Pauper

Was Fallen Angel printed at Common at one point? It says it's Pauper legal on TappedOut despite not having any common printings. Did I miss something?
Right, I get that, but why is it listed as Pauper legal on the site?

Oh my bad, I totally just blanked on how pauper worked because my playgroup has and edh pauper where you can use uncommons...
It should be illegal indeed. It's just a glitch. Went to fix it and it is already listed as banned, even though it doesn't say so.

Qolorful , thanks for clearing that up. There goes my big bad finisher and sac outlet for my Ravin' on Cliffhaven deck. I guess Sengir Vampire will have to do. I might just make a deck based around Fallen Angel because I really like the 7th Edition version's art.

Both are great, but none of them have that punch FA has. Carrion Feeder might replace Bloodflow Connoisseur in my deck though.
