Where do i create MTGO Account

Hello. I recently got intrested in starting playing Magic Online but i don't know where to make an account. On main site of MTGO There is no way to create an account for a game, and in the clinet i can only choose my birth date, country and then it says that "this account cannot be created". What do i do wrong? Please help.
Yes and no. I didn't think that you need to be over 18. I know that you need to pay 10$ to upgrade account but i though you can have free account without being over 18

I thought you needed to be 18 because of needing to be able to authorize payments thing. It may still be a holdover from when there were no free accounts. I am over 18 and live in the US and it proceeded to asking for e-mail and such when I tried to make an account. Sorry I can't help you. Maybe try again, or have someone make an account for you to use.

Are you under 18 or live in a country with restrictive laws?
