Combos in MTGO

I've been playing Magic for a couple years now but just recently got onto MTGO and was wondering something: "With combos such as Splinter Twin or anything like Midnight Guard and Altar of the Brood with lots of triggers and clicking, is there anyway to just go faster, like does the program have a built in detection for these kinds of things or do just have to keep clicking until you either win or your opponent concedes?

I've seen streamers set an auto yield so you don't have to manually pass priority over specific abilities so you could do that on both the untap and create token abilities. But you still need to click to target the untap from Pestermite and to activate the copy. Knowledgeable people should concede once you have combo if they can't interrupt. If they don't then I would just make do lethal plus five of whatever the wincon is.
